Dear (title)(last name):

As your constituent in (town/city), I urge you to support Bill HD.2507, An Act Establishing A Livable Home Modification Grant Program.

A similar program in Rhode Island, initiated in 2019, has enabled over 500 people to remain living safely and independently in accessible homes rather than in Medicaid-funded care facilities, and has saved RI a significant amount of money in care costs.

Please make accessible homes for our mobility-impaired residents a priority and vote to establish the Massachusetts Livable Home Modification Grant.

Sincerely, Your Constituent,
(Fill in Your Name Here)
