Neil Garceau
Owner

Neil Garceau is the Owner and Operator of Oakley Home Access of Greater Boston.
With a background in finance and client relationship management and as a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS), Neil is excited to serve Greater Boston by providing a critical need to the community; home accessibility, fall prevention, and the desire for individuals to “age-in-place” in settings that are not only safe, but also familiar and comfortable.
Via effective and sensible home modifications and as a licensed Home Improvement Contractor, Neil enjoys combining his background and experience in home renovation and property management, with compassionate support of individuals and their loved ones, particularly during times when life events necessitate transition or change.
As an Army Reserve Veteran, Neil also enjoys serving the Veteran community throughout the Greater Boston area.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Bentley University, Neil is a 20-year resident of Needham, Massachusetts where he lives with his wife and three children.

Joel serves as a Senior Installation Technician at Oakley Home Access of Greater Boston, where he brings exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to every project.
Molly Costello
Molly costello serves as the director of community outreach and data analytics at Oakley Home Access of Greater Boston, where she leverages data and technology to enhance home safety and accessibility for families throughout the Greater Boston area.
