Neil Garceau is the Owner and Operator of Oakley Home Access of Greater Boston. A Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and licensed Home Improvement Contractor, Neil is dedicated to helping individuals and families create safer, more accessible homes that support independence and comfort.

With experience in home renovation, property management, and client relationship management, Neil combines practical solutions with compassionate service, especially during times of transition. An Army Reserve Veteran, he is proud to serve the Greater Boston veteran community as well.

Neil is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Bentley University and has lived in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife and three children for over 20 years.
