Firstly, after a thorough evaluation and consultation of my needs within the construction of my home, I was so satisfied with Michael Vieira and his insight and evaluation of possibilities within my home environment. Once determined that a stair lift would be best and manageable, the installation crew proceeded with a timely, efficient job and I couldn't be happier with the result. They were not only precise and worked without any stoppage till the job was completed; but they also spent adequate time instructing me how to use my new, beautifully manufactured stairlift with ease. The office staff was also courteous and extremely helpful with the financial aspect of the entire process. I highly recommend Oakley Home Access for any and all necessary mobility needs to ease the stress and accommodate the needs in life to meet all changes as they occur.
